Public & Private Nuisance – Continuous electrical surges and chemical infiltration creating an unsafe, uninhabitable environment at 1505 W 60th Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90047.
Documented Hazards:
- Ground current up to 1.3A and sustained 150W dissipation through bonded water lines and grounding conductors.
- Indoor air spikes: TVOCs >7,000 ppb, NH₃ >3 ppm, H₂S raw >1,400, CO peaks 3.59 ppm, NO₂ up to 59 ppb, with ventilation breakdown (eCO₂ >2,000 ppm).
- Deep Freezer surges repeatedly between 830–863W, proving systemic electrical instability and equipment degradation.
