Step 1: Prepare Your Document's
Prepare your lawful notice, affidavit, declaration, or other document in (PDF, DOCX, or TXT) format, We recommend Scanning your documents to a PDF file to keep the quality.

Date of execution

Jurisdiction (common law, natural law, private, etc.)

Signature and/or notary if applicable ( We recommend Notarized Copy's For All lawful publishing's )
Step 2: Submit Your Publishing Request
Send your document and request to: Admin@TheSovereignRecord.Org
Or Book a Service through our Services Page. You can also Request a quote through our quotes tab.
Please include:

Title of your document

Date you’d like it published ( Can take 24-72 hours )

Any specific notes or publication preferences
Step 3: Make Your Donation
Make your Donation through our services page when placing an order, Or through invoice after documents are submitted
This donation supports our nonprofit mission:

The rest covers admin, site hosting, and operations
Step 4: Review & Publication
Our team reviews your document for formatting and clarity (we do not alter lawful content).
Within 24–72 hours, your document will be:
✅ Published into the permanent public record
✅ Assigned a unique publication ID
✅ Added to our Public Record Archive
Step 5: Receive Your Certified Notice of Lawful Publication
You’ll receive a formal Certified Notice of Lawful Publication (PDF) via email, which includes:

Date of publication

Permanent URL

Publication ID

Optional embossed seal (available only for Physical copys of the certified notice shipped via USPS )

Step 6: Use Your Link Anywhere You Need
