Declaration of Trust for the Record
Let it be known to all persons, agencies, corporations, and entities — public and private — that a Private, Irrevocable Trust has been lawfully formed and is now published into the public domain for notice and permanent record.
This Declaration is made in honor, truth, and with full intent to self-govern, protect private property, and establish lawful administration in the private.

DAEVON JERRIELLE TAYLOR PRIVATE TRUST
(Hereinafter referred to as “the Trust”)
Effective Date: February 22, 2008
Nature of the Trust: This is a private, non-statutory, irrevocable trust established in the private domain, outside the jurisdiction of commercial statutes, codes, or corporate authority. The Trust exists under the right of contract, natural law, and common law, and shall not be construed as a corporate entity.
Grantor / Creator: Daevon-Jerrielle Taylor,
a living man, in full capacity and honor.
Initial Trustee:Daevon-Jerrielle Taylor
Jurisdiction: The Trust is private and lawful under natural/common law, and shall not be subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, its franchises, or corporate subdivisions thereof. It exists by right, not by permission, and operates exclusively in the private domain.
Purpose of Publication:
This public notice is posted to:
Establish lawful public record of trust formation
Provide notice to all third parties, agents, institutions, and agencies
Preserve private interest, lawful standing, and proper administration
Prevent presumption of abandonment, fraud, or non-existence
Trustee Powers Include (but are not limited to):
Full lawful authority to manage, transfer, and protect Trust property
Contractual authority under UCC and natural law
Administration of affairs without leave or license from statutory bodies
Authority to engage in commerce privately and without corporate oversight
No Consent to Misuse
Any attempt to treat the Trust, its Grantor, or Trustee(s) as surety for corporate debt, to mischaracterize its private nature, or to assert statutory jurisdiction without express contract and consent shall be deemed fraud, trespass, and dishonor.
Final Notice
Let this public record serve as lawful notice to any and all who may question, presume upon, or attempt to contract with the Trust or its officers without full disclosure, agreement, and mutual honor.
This Declaration stands as evidence of our lawful intent, status, and foundation — made known publicly, without concealment, for all the world to see and honor.
