PURPOSE OF NOTICE
This notice provides constructive and lawful publication of the instrument titled:
NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER / VERIFICATION OF OATH & DELEGATION BEFORE ENFORCEMENT OR ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION
executed and affirmed by Daevon-Jerrielle: Taylor, a living man, sui juris,
serving as Executor and Private Administrator of the Daevon Jerrielle Taylor Private Trust.
This document constitutes a verified notice to all public officers, agents, and institutions concerning their lawful duties, oaths of office, and personal accountability under constitutional and statutory authority.
SUMMARY OF DECLARATION
The instrument establishes that:
All officers, agents, and employees acting under the color of law are bound by a lawful oath of office under the United States Constitution and the California Constitution.
Failure to produce or verify a valid oath upon request constitutes a breach of trust, malfeasance, and void delegation of authority.
Any party operating outside a valid oath or without delegation from the sovereign People acts in personal capacity and bears personal liability.
The affiant issues this notice to preserve private rights, status, and equity under UCC § 1-308 and common-law due process.
All responses, verification's, or rebuttals must be made under oath, penalty of perjury, within the prescribed administrative time frame, or else constitute default and agreement by acquiescence.
This Notice is posted publicly to memorialize the record and to give constructive notice to all agencies and public officers of their standing obligations to verify oaths and maintain lawful conduct.
LAWFUL PRESERVATION & RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
This publication preserves the Affiant’s rights under:
UCC § 1-308 – Reservation of rights without prejudice.
U.S. Constitution, Article VI, Clause 3 (Oath Clause).
California Constitution, Article XX, § 3.
42 U.S.C. § 1983 – Civil liability for deprivation of rights under color of law.
18 U.S.C. §§ 241–242 – Criminal liability for conspiracy or deprivation of rights.
No public officer, court, or agency shall proceed against the Affiant without verified authority, jurisdiction, and a valid oath on record.
NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL
Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent.
Silence or failure to rebut constitutes agreement and administrative default.
