Purpose of This Notice:
This lawful public notice serves to place on the permanent public record the existence, standing, and authority of the DAEVON JERRIELLE TAYLOR PRIVATE TRUST, a private, irrevocable, common law trust created and lawfully executed under the inherent rights of contract, private property, and natural law.
This notice is directed to all public and private parties, including but not limited to:
All courts, agencies, and administrative bodies operating under color of law
All banks, financial institutions, lenders, creditors, or parties of commercial interest
All municipal, county, state, or federal departments or entities
Any third party attempting to interfere with, make claims against, or demand authority over private trust assets

Legal Status & Jurisdiction:
This Trust is non-statutory and not registered with any public agency. It exists by private contract, protected under the Right to Contract (U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 10), natural law, and the common law traditions upon which this republic was founded. The Trust is not subject to court supervision unless entered into voluntarily by contract or specific written consent.
All trust assets are lawfully and irrevocably separated from the Grantor and held in private title by the Trustee. Any claims, demands, or attempts to interfere with this private estate without written consent of the Trustee shall be deemed unlawful trespass and subject to full legal and commercial liability.
Certification of Trust:
This Trust has been formally declared and is affirmed as follows:
The Trust is in full force and effect as of the date of this notice.
The undersigned Trustee, Daevon-Jerrielle: Taylor, is lawfully appointed and authorized to act on behalf of the Trust.
The Trust has not been amended, revoked, or altered in any way that affects its validity.
The Trust operates under private jurisdiction and outside statutory control, in accordance with the foundational principles of liberty, equity, and natural right.
This Certificate of Trust is now published as legal notice to all parties, both public and private.
Declaration of Rights:
I, Daevon-Jerrielle: Taylor, a living man, sui juris, affirm my natural rights, reserved rights, and my status as Trustee of the DAEVON JERRIELLE TAYLOR PRIVATE TRUST. I act in full capacity and with lawful standing.
All assets lawfully placed into this Trust are outside the jurisdiction of public courts, and any legal, financial, or administrative presumptions to the contrary must be rebutted with evidence of a signed contract or valid agreement entered into knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally by the undersigned.
For the Record:
This notice shall serve as:
Permanent public record of the lawful existence and operation of the Trust.
A lawful warning and notice to all individuals, corporations, institutions, or agencies not to interfere with the Trust or its operations.
A public affirmation of my reserved rights under UCC 1–308, natural law, and the Law of Nations.
An invitation to rebut any claim against the Trust or Trustee via sworn affidavit within 21 days of this publication.
