How It Started
On October 18, 2023, I did what every consumer has the right to do: I stood up to powerful financial institutions. I filed a lawsuit against Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) and Credit One Bank after facing what I believed to be discriminatory and unlawful retaliation for contesting a credit denial.
The case — No. 2:24-cv-08109-MWC-MAR — should have been a straightforward matter of consumer rights.
Instead, it triggered a city-wide campaign of retaliation that has since escalated into coordinated surveillance, electronic harassment, and deliberate chemical exposure inside my own home.
From Legal Action to Orchestrated Harassment
Almost immediately after filing, I noticed changes.Cars idled outside my home for hours. Strangers followed me to different parts of the city. Every attempt to assert my rights was met with growing hostility.
This wasn’t coincidence.It was gangstalking — a well-coordinated form of harassment used to intimidate, isolate, and silence people who expose institutional corruption.
Then, on June 5, 2024, it escalated.
The Raid That Changed Everything
That evening, LAPD raided my home under defective and illegal warrants signed by Officer Justin Choi (Badge #42577). They claimed “probable cause” but refused to show inventory, valid judicial authorization, or proper documentation.
What they left behind was worse than what they took.
Within days, I began experiencing:
Severe neurological distress
Muscle tremors and spasms
Abnormal surges in CO₂, NO₂, NH₃, and TVOCs
Electrical interference in grounded wiring
Hypersensitivity to EMF and RF emissions

38 ppm on May 2, 2025 (NIOSH safe limit: 25 ppm over 10 hrs)
Symptoms: respiratory distress, coughing, eye irritation
Nitrogen Dioxide (NO₂)
86 ppb on May 7, 2025 (EPA hourly limit: 100 ppb)
Symptoms: airway inflammation, lung damage over time
None of these readings came from outdoor conditions.The spikes happened late at night with all windows closed, pointing to intentional introduction through vents, appliances, or wiring.
Symptoms Match the Data
Each chemical spike aligns with documented symptoms experienced by me and guests:
Sudden drowsiness
Severe fatigue
Burning in throat and nasal passages
Breathing difficulty and chest tightness
Cognitive delay and confusion
Headaches and nausea
These attacks were often paired with EMF bursts exceeding 2000 mG and RF transmissions outside normal consumer ranges — both recorded with meters and spectrum analyzers.
Malicious Prosecution to Silence the Truth
While enduring these assaults, I was also forced to defend myself against false criminal charges in Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 24CJCF03632 at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Courthouse.
Key facts:
The charges are baseless.
I’ve been denied access to discovery.
Public defenders have obstructed my right to self-represent.
The same LAPD officers from the June 5th raid are linked to these charges.
The DA, judge, and defenders are collaborating to bury my federal case.
This is malicious prosecution designed to destroy credibility and prevent exposure.
This Is Torture — and It’s Coordinated
The evidence I’ve compiled includes:
Technical logs of electrical and chemical surges
Air quality and EMF/RF readings with timestamps
Photos of damaged infrastructure and recovered components
Videos documenting suspicious vehicles and personnel
Records linking events to court dates and legal actions
This is not “urban pollution” or bad luck — it is a targeted assault on an American citizen for daring to challenge institutional corruption.

I am asking for:
Independent investigation by federal human rights observers
Media coverage to break the wall of silence
Advocacy support from civil liberties organizations
Legal assistance to push my case forward
Every day this continues, I face electronic harassment, chemical exposure, and systemic sabotage — all while the evidence sits in bureaucratic limbo.
