Public Notice of Ecclesiastical Standing & Terms of Engagement

I. ECCLESIASTICAL DECLARATION


Be it known that the Soldiers for Christ Private Membership Association (PMA) and its fiduciary steward, the Soldiers for Christ Ecclesiastical Trust (SCET), are established as a private ecclesiastical body and religious trust organized under Divine Law, Common Law, and Natural Law, dedicated to the ministry and governance of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Trust and PMA function as an independent church body under the protection of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, Article I § 4 of the California Constitution, and 26 U.S.C. § 508(c)(1)(A), which exempts churches and integrated auxiliaries from registration or application for recognition of exemption.

All property, records, and instruments are held in sacred trust by the Soldiers for Christ Ecclesiastical Trust for exclusively religious, charitable, and educational purposes.


II. JURISDICTION & GOVERNANCE

All members, ministers, and trustees are governed solely by Ecclesiastical Law as set forth in the Soldiers for Christ Declaration of Trust, PMA Bylaws, Statement of Faith, and Ecclesiastical Arbitration Rules, following Matthew 18:15–17 and 1 Corinthians 6:1–6.

No external jurisdiction, agency, or corporate entity has lawful authority to regulate or compel the internal operations or worship of this Church, except as provided by lawful due process consistent with the First Amendment and Article VI Clause 2 (Supremacy Clause) of the U.S. Constitution.

III. NOTICE OF LIABILITY & TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT (OVERVIEW)

This notice incorporates by reference the full Notice of Liability & Terms of Engagement (Exhibit A) filed separately and publicly linked to this record.The following summary establishes the schedule of violations, fees, and ecclesiastical remedies.

A. Applicability

This schedule applies to all public officers, agents, corporations, contractors, utilities, municipalities, and persons engaging, interacting, or interfering with Soldiers for Christ PMA / SCET, its ministers, members, or property.

B. Liability Principles

Each act in violation of ecclesiastical rights, due process, or property is deemed a trespass, conversion, or tortious harm, subject to liquidated damages and possible civil action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and 18 U.S.C. §§ 241–242.

All fees represent minimum liquidated damages assessed under ecclesiastical law and subject to increase based on severity or malicious intent.All amounts are payable in lawful money of the United States and enforceable by lawful claim or judgment within competent jurisdiction.

V. TERMS & CONDITIONS (FOR IDENTIFICATION AND ENGAGEMENT)

  1. Private Ecclesiastical Use Only — All Soldiers for Christ identification and records serve private religious purposes only.

  2. Non-Government Identification — No civil privileges or licenses are conferred.

  3. Verification — Standing and authority are verified through the Trust Clerk or QR portal.

  4. Property & Revocation — All cards remain Trust property and may be revoked for cause.

  5. Liability Disclaimer — Misuse or false representation invokes personal liability under this Notice.
