Purpose of Public Notice

Public notice serves as an official declaration and record to inform all interested parties — government agencies, courts, and the general public — of a lawful request and demand for records under the California Public Records Act (Gov. Code §§ 6250–6270). By publishing this notice, the undersigned creates a permanent entry in the public domain to prevent concealment, ensure accountability, and establish constructive knowledge to all parties. Failure to respond fully and truthfully may be considered willful noncompliance, subject to legal remedy.


CPRA REQUEST — COMPLETE RECORDS FOR JUNE 5, 2024 SEARCH & SEIZURE AT W 60TH PL, LOS ANGELES, CA 90047


Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I formally demand all records, reports, audio, video, and associated materials related to the search and seizure at my property on June 5, 2024. This includes — but is not limited to — planning documents, warrants, oaths of office, body-worn camera footage, communications with other agencies, after-action reports, evidence inventories, and internal investigations.


Categories Requested:


  1. Search Warrant & Legal Instruments — Certified wet-ink signed warrant, affidavits, amendments, and court orders. associated with case# 24cjcf03632

  2. Operation Planning & Oversight — All plans, authorizations, officer identifications, and aerial surveillance logs.

  3. Body-Worn Camera & Surveillance Footage — All interior, exterior, and vehicular recordings.

  4. Pre- & Post-Operation Documentation — Internal communications, after-action reviews, and “Use of Force” evaluations.

  5. Property & Evidence Records — Full inventory with photos, chain of custody, and disposition records.

  6. Communications & Correspondence — All inter-agency communications and attempted reports filed by me.

  7. Accountability Records — Oaths of office and prior complaints or internal affairs findings related to involved personnel.


Format Requested: Electronic delivery via email or secure file link in native digital formats (PDF, MP4, WAV, etc.).


Timeline: Gov. Code § 6253(c) requires a determination within 10 calendar days. Written justification is required for any delay.


Notice: This Public Notice forms part of the sovereign record. Any attempt to withhold, alter, or redact responsive records without lawful justification may be pursued in court, with demands for statutory damages, attorney’s fees, and further remedy.
