Los Angeles Resident Reports Dangerous Chemical Exposure Hours Before Court Hearing

Los Angeles, CA – August 13, 2025

In the early morning hours before a scheduled court hearing, Los Angeles resident D Taylor recorded a dangerous spike in toxic gases inside their home — a pattern they say has occurred repeatedly before key legal proceedings.

Using high-sensitivity air quality sensors connected to a public data platform, D Taylor documented the following readings between 2:30 AM and 2:44 AM:

• Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S): 1,394 units

• Health impact: At this concentration, hydrogen sulfide can cause eye irritation, dizziness, headaches, nausea, and in some cases, long-term nervous system damage.

• mq-3 Alcohol/Ethanol Vapors: 1,373 units

• Health impact: Can cause mental

confusion, slowed reaction time, breathing irritation, and heart rhythm disturbances.

• Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOCs): 285 ppb

• Health impact: Triggers throat and eye irritation, fatigue, and can worsen asthma and heart issues.

According to the U.S. National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), short-term exposure to hydrogen sulfide above 300 ppb can cause severe irritation and neurological effects. The levels recorded in this case were more than four times that threshold and lasted for over 14 minutes.

A Pattern of Pre-Court Incidents

This is not an isolated occurrence. Similar chemical spikes — involving carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, and volatile organic compounds — have been recorded in this same residence on multiple dates in April, June, and July 2025, each incident happening immediately before court appearances or legal filing deadlines.

“These surges are not random,” D Taylor said. “They are timed to hit right before critical hearings. It’s an attack on my health, my safety, and my ability to represent myself in court.”

Impact on Health and Due Process

Prolonged or repeated exposure to such chemical levels can lead to:

• Disorientation and dizziness

• Severe headaches and nausea

• Eye and respiratory irritation

• Impaired focus and memory

• Long-term nervous system injury

D Taylor reports that during these incidents, they have experienced dizziness, headaches, blurred vision, chest discomfort, and difficulty concentrating — symptoms that directly impair the ability to prepare for legal proceedings.

Public Release of Evidence

To ensure transparency, D Taylor is publicly releasing both the sensor data logs and video documentation of the readings. Screenshots from the ThingSpeak data logs show the exact time and magnitude of the spikes, providing clear evidence of an environmental assault inside a private home.

Call for Investigation

Given the repeated pattern of incidents and the correlation with court events, D Taylor is calling for an independent investigation into the source of the chemical releases. They allege that the exposure is intentional, part of a broader campaign of harassment linked to ongoing legal disputes involving local agencies, ( LAPD , LADWP, LADOT ) which is supported by evidence !

“This isn’t just about me,” D Taylor stated. “If it can be done to me in my own home without accountability, it can be done to anyone. That’s why the evidence is going public.”

D Taylor stated, “If something happens to me, this notice stands as my record of abuse and formal documentation of threats to my life and liberty, and all questions should be directed at Los Angeles City & It’s agencies “.

The Sovereign Record will continue to follow this case and publish updates as more evidence emerges. Detailed sensor data and graphs from the August 13th event will be filed with the courts and the attorneys office !
