I, Daevon-Jerrielle: Taylor, a living man and natural-born American, do hereby give Public Notice of my political status, legal standing, and claim of right under natural law, common law, and constitutional protections.

This Affidavit is a lawful declaration of status made publicly and without evasion. Let this serve as notice to all public officials, agencies, courts, corporations, and private persons.

DECLARATION OF STATUS

I am not a “U.S. citizen” as defined by federal statutes or corporate legal codes.
I am not an agent, employee, or representative of the UNITED STATES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, or any corporate fiction.
I am not a “resident,” “person,” or “taxpayer” as defined by code, unless expressly contracted.
I am not under statutory jurisdiction unless by full disclosure and voluntary agreement.

I am a private American national, a free and living man, born on the land of California — one of the several united States of America — standing outside federal municipal jurisdiction.

RIGHTS RESERVED

I reserve all rights under:

The Declaration of Independence, 1776
The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights
Article IV, Section 2 — Rights of Citizens of the several States
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 15 — Right to a nationality
The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) — Self-determination
UCC 1–308 and UCC 1–103.6 — Reservation of rights and remedies at law and equity

I act in my natural, private capacity, sui juris — not as a ward, corporate fiction, or commercial vessel.

NOTICE TO AGENTS

Let it be known:

I do not consent to any presumptive jurisdiction under federal, statutory, or corporate law.
I do not accept any legal disabilities, artificial personhood, or assumptions based on Social Security registration, birth certificate contracts, licenses, or other adhesion documents created without my full knowledge and consent.
Any claim, enforcement, or administrative action against me based on such presumptions shall be deemed unlawful, colorable, and void for fraud.

LEGAL NOTICE

This public notice shall be deemed sufficient constructive notice to any and all agents, agencies, or entities claiming authority or standing over my person or property, whether by presumption, adhesion, or lack of rebuttal.

Notice to agent is notice to principal. Notice to principal is notice to agent.

This notice is made in good faith, for public record, and remains unrebutted unless lawfully and fully challenged point-for-point under oath.

SWORN AFFIRMATION

I, Daevon-Jerrielle: Taylor, do affirm under penalty of perjury under the laws of the California Republic and the united States of America that the facts stated herein are true, correct, and complete to the best of my living knowledge and belief.
