Police misconduct Lapd
Complaint / Testimony:
On April 17, 2024, I was subjected to unlawful detainment by officers of the [Agency Name] without probable cause or a lawful warrant. I identified myself as a living man under common law jurisdiction and reserved my rights under UCC 1-308. Despite my lawful declarations, officers ignored my statements, refused to produce a valid charging instrument, and transported me against my will.
At my first court appearance, the presiding judge failed to establish jurisdiction on the record and continued proceedings without responding to my Notice and Demand to Prove Jurisdiction, which had been properly served prior to the hearing. When I objected for the record, I was threatened with contempt instead of being provided the proof required by law.
This incident is part of a broader pattern of administrative overreach, where public servants disregard constitutional limits and operate under color of law. My lawful notices remain unanswered, and I have been denied access to due process.
Evidence:
Certified mailing receipts for Notices sent to the court and police department
Audio recording of court hearing
Copy of Notice and Demand to Prove Jurisdiction
Requested Action:
I am seeking full public exposure of this incident to ensure accountability, and to preserve it as a matter of public record so that no agency can claim ignorance of their actions.
